The residence is very close to shops and LyIT campus which makes it an ideal accomodation for first year, placement or erasmus students. Bright and fully equipped, the apartments are at a very competitive price point. The place is safe, clean and very well maintained. The staff is always available and extremely reactive. I'd definitely recommend staying at the Ballyraine Campus!

Ballyraine Campus is an ideal place for students to live. This campus is very close to facilities, as it is 5 minutes away from Lidl, 10-15 minutes away from Tesco and a less than 10 minute walk to the college. It is also great that there is an office on site, as well as very friendly and helpful staff. The flats themselves are catered with all needed amenities like a kettle, toaster, microwave etc, as well as the flats being very clean and up to date. I am very glad I lived here for 2 years and I would highly recommend any incoming students to live in Ballyraine Campus.

I am so glad I chose to stay Ballyraine campus during my time at LYIT. The staff are absolutely wonderful and can't do enough to help and the security on campus gives that extra sense of security. The apartments themselves are really modern with fully equip kitchens and lots of storage space. I think one of the best things about living in Ballyraine campus is that LYIT is a 5 minute walk away so I can come home for lunch during a busy day. Ballyraine Campus Is the ideal student accommodation with good facilities. I would highly recommend Ballyraine Halls to any new student starting college in LYIT, as there is everything you need, you meet new friends and a handy walk to the college within 5-7 minutes. Wifi has been upgraded to a high standard and it is very fast. The apartments are always up to date and clean. So, if you're new and looking for accommodation, come to Ballyraine Halls :)! "My daughter Orla stayed at Ballyraine Campus with her friends throughout het time at LYIT. When we first visited Orla I was very impressed . The halls were clean with all utensils supplied, a laundrette, on site night time security and an office to help the students. The broadband is connected to the college to help the students study. Even though we are from Buncrana this gave me peace of mind knowing that my daughter was safe, that there was always security on site and an onsite office to help the students. I could not say enough about Ballyraine Campus. Dermot and Vincent go out of their way to ensure that everyone is happy.
